TERMS & CONDITIONS
Please take your time to read the terms and conditions before submitting your request. This will apply to all my bookings.
1. Bookings can be made by phone or email.
2. Stephanie will supply a booking confirmation by email.
3. For weddings, to secure the booking the client must pay a 50% non refundable deposit at the time of booking/ after trial makeup. (Excludes any travel costs). All other services do not require a deposit.
4. Stephanie will provide you with an invoice and will confirm with a receipt.
A travel fee will be charged.
In the event that any hotel/motel and parking fees are incurred as result of the location of the appointment, these will be passed on to the client and added to the fee.
The deposit is payable to Stephanie Jayne Clark by direct debit or cash, if preferred.
(Please have exact cash amount if this is your payment option as Stephanie will not be carrying change)
The Remaining balance is payable to Stephanie on or before the occasion by direct debit or cash.
Note: If by direct credit within 48hrs of the occasion, proof of payment will be required on the day.
If for some reason you cancel your booking, your cancellation must be confirmed within 24 hours prior to the occasion (Weddings require a one week notice period for cancellation) and must be by email or phone.
You will not get charged a cancelation fee if;
a) For weddings, cancellation is received within a week of the occasion;
b) For any other service, cancellation is received within 24hrs of the occasion.
Wedding parties will be charged an $80.00 cancellation fee if the required notice has not been given.
All other services will be charged $20.00 Cancellation fee per person if the required notice has not been given.
CHANGES TO BOOKINGS
Client change of date – Stephanie will do her best to fit in with your new date, but cannot guarantee availability.
Stephanie will notify the Client as soon as reasonably practical if any circumstances likely to delay or fail to comply with the terms of the Client’s booking, and assist the Client as far as reasonably practical to identify an alternative solution.
CHANGE TO NUMBER OF CLIENTS
Additional people other than those booked for may be catered for depending on time allowance and other bookings. It would be preferred if possible for at least 24hrs notice prior to the event be given, regarding any additional clients.
A new price will be re calculated to reflect any additional clients, and payment will be required prior to service.
If someone from the makeover/bridal party drops out, a cancellation fee of 20% will apply.
Stephanie reserves the rights to refuse to work if a client is rude or aggressive. In this case the usual cancellation policy will apply.
Stephanie is not, under any circumstances, responsible for any allergic reactions to products used. The client MUST tell Stephanie if they have particular hypersensitivity that they are aware of and must make sure Stephanie is aware of this before the occasion.
Should you bring your own product that you are familiar with, Stephanie would be happy to use the product, this excludes false eye lashes for hygiene reasons.
